February is National Heart Awareness Month

Attention High School Athletes

Regarding sign-up.  An informational meeting will be held for your sport by the coach.  Please pay attention to the homeroom announcements from the coaches for meeting dates.  The coaches will distribute consent cards and explain the process.  Any student who did not have the opportunity to be at the meeting can pick up forms at the Athletic Office and return to Athletic Office.

Consent Cards must be handed in by:  Friday, February 3.

Important Information

1)     A permit is required by February 10, 2012.

2)     The spring program starts February 11th and will be conducted for 16 weeks.

3)     Fee for the program is $515 District Students / $525 Out of District Students. Please make check payable to Eastchester Union Free School District and bring it with the completed and signed by a parent or guardian to the High School Attendance Office.

4)     Payment is required with this application. After 2 weeks, all refunds for the program will be prorated.

5)     Course requirements and assignments will be provided at the mandatory 90-minute Orientation on January 19^th at 5:30pm in the H.S. Library.

6)     Driving instruction is provided by PAS Auto School (914) 332-7700.
